Operations Product Manager

As an Operations Product Manager at RTX, you will be the key operational liaison for major customer product lines, ensuring factory execution aligns with customer expectations. You will drive performance across cost, quality, schedule, and delivery by integrating cross-functional teams and communicating manufacturing plans and risks. This role requires translating customer priorities into actionable factory plans and resolving issues to ensure seamless product flow.

• Serve as primary operations liaison to General Managers and product leadership
• Integrate and coordinate cross-functional teams for operational execution
• Communicate manufacturing plans, performance, and risks to customers and stakeholders
• Translate customer priorities into executable factory actions and timelines
• Drive problem-solving and resolve issues impacting product flow and quality
• Minimum 5 years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment
