WMS Product Analyst - IT LEAD

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IT Lead - WMS Product Analyst in Memphis, TN to support warehouse management and distribution operations. This role is responsible for delivering business capabilities, ensuring operational stability, and managing product roadmaps for Warehouse Management Systems. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business partners, operations, and technology teams, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

• Serve as the primary IT partner for Memphis Distribution Center operations
• Define and manage the product roadmap for warehouse management and execution capabilities
• Lead development and delivery of new WMS capabilities, integrations, and enhancements
• Own and manage product backlogs, epics, user stories, and delivery priorities
• Ensure warehouse technology solutions support service, quality, compliance, and productivity goals
• Develop deep understanding of distribution center processes including inbound receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing
