VP - Product, Digital Transfer Agency, Digital Assets

Lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Broadridge's digital assets product portfolio, focusing on on-chain corporate actions and governance. This executive role requires deep product management expertise and a strong understanding of the digital assets ecosystem to drive innovation and meet client needs in a regulated environment.

• Define and lead product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for digital assets
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory developments
• Evaluate, prioritize, and launch new products and features
• Build business cases including market sizing, ROI, pricing, and commercialization
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, compliance, risk, operations)
• Act as a senior thought partner and subject matter expert on digital assets
