Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering a key energy efficiency initiative focused on mobile home heat pump upgrades in Maine. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, installers, and program participants, to ensure successful program execution, customer satisfaction, and verifiable energy savings. This role requires strong project management, communication, and analytical skills to drive program goals and manage budgets effectively.

• Support Efficiency Maine's Mobile Home Initiative for heat pump upgrades
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients, customers, and installers
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Manage multiple priorities with strong project and time management skills
• Track program budgets, goals, and resource allocation
• Analyze data to measure program performance and progress
