Manager, Product Management

As a Global Upstream Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and execution for our Respiratory Health products from concept through launch and lifecycle management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and ensure profitable growth. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare innovation and a proven ability to bring products to market.

• Manage product lifecycle from concept to discontinuation for Respiratory Health portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, regulatory, etc.)
• Deeply understand customer needs and identify product gaps
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies
• Manage product costs, pricing, and margin maintenance
• 3+ years of Product Management/marketing experience in healthcare or medical devices
