ServiceNow Business Analyst/UX (Top Secret)

ICF seeks a hybrid Business Analyst/UX Designer to support a federal ServiceNow program. This role involves translating user needs into clear requirements and intuitive digital experiences, working within Agile teams to analyze workflows, define requirements, and create user-centered designs. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and user experience.

• Perform business analysis and UX design for federal ServiceNow program
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business and user needs into user stories and design-ready requirements
• Design ServiceNow user experiences using wireframes and prototypes
• Apply user-centered design and accessibility best practices
• Support usability and user acceptance testing
