Technical Project/Program Management Director

Lead large, complex semiconductor module programs for key strategic customers, bridging engineering, business development, and executive leadership. This role requires deep technical expertise in semiconductor processes, strong business acumen, and executive-level communication to drive program execution from concept to high-volume manufacturing.

• Own end-to-end program management for strategic customer engagements
• Manage executive stakeholders and present to VPs, CTOs, and senior leadership
• Drive alignment across multiple business units and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate global teams across US, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
• Partner with business development to shape new module opportunities
