• Manage a team of Program Managers overseeing project planning and development
• Oversee complex project design, construction budgets, schedules, and costs
• Guide funding strategies, including grants and non-profit partnerships
• Manage resolution of cost overruns through value engineering
• Present executive reports and approve new projects
• Oversee financial closeout and compliance for programs
