Associate Manager Project Management

Manage customer-facing software implementation, migration, and custom projects. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations are met. This role involves tracking financials, managing risks and issues, and facilitating communication across all stakeholders.

• Manage multiple customer projects concurrently
• Develop and maintain project milestone plans and schedules
• Track project financials, forecasts, and invoices
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate with internal teams, technical resources, and customers
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes
