• Lead medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with business units, technology teams, and senior leaders
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and champion agile practices
• Support change management and ensure compliance
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services
