Project Manager

Manage construction projects and tenant improvements at client sites, coordinating with property management, clients, and construction teams. You will be responsible for project budgets, timelines, reporting, and overseeing consultants and contractors.

• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews
• Select, contract, and oversee consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions and change orders
• Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
