Digital Product Manager

CVS Health is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join their Medicare Technology Sales & Acquisition team in Marietta, GA. This role focuses on improving Medicare sales, enrollment, and agent experiences by translating business and regulatory needs into prioritized product work. You will partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, guide Agile delivery, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

• Manage product backlog aligned with strategy and customer needs
• Define and decompose epics, features, and user stories
• Partner with stakeholders to understand problems and desired outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Engineering, and Data
• Support Agile delivery, including backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Experience in health insurance, particularly Medicare sales and enrollment
