Technical Program Manager

Lead cross-functional execution for new product development programs from concept through launch readiness. Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, manage risk, and deliver complex technical programs on time and within budget.

• Lead end-to-end program execution for new product development
• Drive programs through the phase-gate product development process
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk management strategies
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive progress and resolve issues
• Lead program reviews and provide clear communication on status, risks, and decisions
• Identify program obstacles and drive cross-functional solutions
