Product Manager - Customer Platform

MetTel is seeking a Product Manager to join their Product Management Mobility Team in NYC. You will drive the evolution of the Bruin platform, MetTel's core enterprise telecommunications management system, focusing on customer-facing capabilities like the customer portal, administrative tools, reporting, and checkout flows. This role requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to translate complex requirements into customer solutions.

• Drive evolution of the Bruin platform for enterprise telecommunications management
• Own product roadmap for customer-facing capabilities including portal, reporting, and checkout
• Partner with UX/UI to modernize customer portal and build admin tools
• Design seamless checkout flows for orders, provisioning, and purchases
• Develop product strategy for customer-facing reporting on wireless usage and network performance
• Build quarterly/annual roadmaps backed by competitive analysis and ROI prioritization
