Digital Product Analyst

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to enhance our member-facing digital experiences. You will collaborate with various teams to develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators, ensuring our digital products align with business goals and member needs. This role involves contributing to product strategy, managing project deliverables, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement in our digital offerings.

• Support development and execution of user experience strategy for member-facing initiatives
• Partner with IT, Marketing, and business units to align digital experience with goals
• Contribute to development and monitoring of KPIs using data analysis
• Assist in managing product backlog, roadmap updates, and resolving pain points
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking for digital capabilities
• Utilize data to evaluate digital experience performance and recommend improvements
