• Manage and direct IT Projects group(s) and multiple complex projects
• Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking against time, budget, and results
• Manage corporate systems architecture and ensure alignment with disaster recovery
• Develop and implement strategies to meet business unit and corporate objectives
• Lead and mentor technical staff, fostering teamwork and employee participation
• Develop programs for risk management and compliance
