Director of Product Management

Lead the product vision and strategy for Target's Core Intelligence capabilities, focusing on data science and AI to enhance store operations and experiences. You will manage a portfolio of technical products, guide Product Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes.

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for Core Intelligence capabilities
• Shape operational and physical signals into trusted context, insights, and recommendations
• Build scalable, reusable intelligence capabilities using AI/ML and emerging technologies
• Lead and develop Product Managers for technical intelligence products
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, UX, and Store Operations teams
• Drive experimentation and learning to validate opportunities before scaling investments
