Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of construction projects, developing project plans, managing risks, and monitoring progress. You will be responsible for contract administration, procurement, financial reporting, and ensuring project goals are met while fostering a culture of safety and inclusion.

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Manage contract administration, change orders, and procurement
• Oversee financial reporting and subcontractor payments
• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate work activities
• Develop and mentor project team members
• Ensure project close-out, including manuals and final payments
