Digital/Technical Product Manager Lead

As a Digital/Technical Product Manager Lead at USAA, you will drive the discovery, delivery, and performance of digital and technology products that enhance member relationships and optimize servicing experiences. You will lead cross-functional teams to translate member needs into innovative solutions, develop product strategies, and ensure alignment across stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators.

• Lead digital and technology product strategy, vision, and roadmap development
• Drive product discovery, delivery, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex member experience challenges
• Utilize User Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
• Develop business cases and communicate product value propositions
• 8+ years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience
