About this role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Cohesity, you will drive complex, cross-functional product releases from inception to customer readiness. You will own the end-to-end release process, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support, while also enhancing organizational effectiveness through data-driven approaches and process improvements.

What we are looking for

Own end-to-end release readiness, including GTM and customer support
Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
Define and implement metrics, governance, and operating models for organizational effectiveness
Manage complex software and hardware portfolios with go/no-go decision authority
Develop reusable playbooks and agentic workflow templates to scale processes
Present risks, trade-offs, and proposals to executive leadership
