Senior Project Manager

Lead day-to-day project management for construction projects, creating project plans, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of construction contracts, financial components, and team leadership, with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.

• Lead contract administration, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee risk management and monitor project progress
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with owners and trade contractors
• Lead, train, and develop project team members
• Ensure safety culture on project sites
