Forklift Operator

nVent is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and development for their Hoffman NEMA Enclosure portfolio. This role involves translating customer needs into innovative products, managing the product lifecycle, and supporting market launches. The ideal candidate will have a BS/BA degree and 3+ years of product management or marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing or the electrical industry.

• Define and execute product strategy through customer and market research
• Translate customer needs into product innovation with engineering
• Lead market research for new products and emerging markets
• Manage new product introductions and support marketing efforts
• Serve as subject matter expert for assigned product lines
• Lead entire product lifecycle from idea to obsolescence
