Group Product Manager

Lead product strategy and execution for a portfolio of products at AutoNation, a major automotive retailer. You will manage a team of Product Managers, oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Lead product development and strategy for one or more large products
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility
• Oversee A/B testing and user research initiatives
• Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain product roadmaps
• Recruit and develop high-performing product team members
