Digital Product Manager

P&G is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join their Digital Products team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on building digital products and capabilities that solve business problems by connecting business needs with technology solutions. You will shape product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and drive products from discovery through delivery, working at the intersection of business, technology, data, users, and AI.

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success measures
• Translate user and business needs into product requirements and user stories
• Prioritize backlog balancing business value, user experience, and technical feasibility
• Drive product delivery from discovery through continuous improvement
• Build AI-native products and explore AI-enabled experiences
• Define and track product KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization
