About this role

Guidepoint is seeking a Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our internal CRM and customer-facing web applications. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and prioritize software requirements, enhance user experience, and enable faster delivery of new features. This role requires a hands-on problem solver with a deep understanding of user needs and the software development lifecycle.

What we are looking for

Build and execute product roadmaps
Guide agile development processes
Own product roll out planning and execution
Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories
Experience with CRM migration or transformation
3-5 years of relevant experience
