Digital Project Manager

Manage customer-facing software implementation projects from start to finish in a healthcare technology setting. You will lead cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure successful deployments and customer adoption. This role requires strong project management, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.

• Lead software implementation projects from kick-off to go-live
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout implementation
• Collaborate with clinical and IT teams for solution integration
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional resources including engineering and applications
• Facilitate end-user readiness, training, and adoption
