Manager - Joining Product Operations

As a Manager of Product Operations, you will be the operational backbone for Capital One's talent acquisition technology. You will ensure the stability and effectiveness of our recruiting platforms, manage vendor relationships, and enhance user enablement through clear documentation and training. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless operations and compliance within our hiring processes.

• Own end-to-end execution for core operational deliverables
• Establish clear reporting and operational visibility
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for production escalations
• Modernize and maintain user-facing documentation and SOPs
• Develop and update training frameworks for recruiting teams
• Manage third-party technology vendor relationships and enforce SLAs
