About this role
As a Technical Program Manager for Hauling Autonomy Machine Integration, you will lead the development and delivery of next-generation technology for Caterpillar's construction and mining machines. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to integrate complex hardware and software systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a collaborative environment.
What we are looking for
6- Lead development, integration, and delivery of autonomous machine technology
- Coordinate system programs across multiple machines
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks
- Drive cross-team collaboration and remove blockers
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science required
- Proven experience in Technical Program Management, robotics or autonomous vehicles preferred
