Senior Product Manager, Operations

SoFi is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Operations to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of operations and support platform capabilities. You will focus on improving efficiency and member experiences through self-service, agent tooling, and workflow automation. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams to build scalable solutions for member support.

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for operations and support platforms
• Understand member support journeys and agent workflows to identify improvements
• Partner with engineering, design, and UX research throughout the product lifecycle
• Define and measure success metrics for business impact and operational efficiency
• Prioritize based on member, agent, business, and technical needs
• Build alignment and communicate product strategy to leadership
