Product Owner – Manager

Pfizer is seeking a Product Owner to serve as a functional subject matter expert within our U.S. Patient Support Services. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams to provide expertise in specific disease areas related to patient services processes, supporting key initiatives and operational excellence. This role is crucial for realizing strategy and executing capabilities that align with enterprise vision and assigned disease areas.

• Serve as functional SME for patient services processes in assigned disease areas
• Collaborate with delivery PODs and cross-functional teams
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configuration solutions
• Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues
• Write JIRA stories with clear definitions and acceptance criteria
