Technology Mgr, Quality Systems, Analyst

Lead the technology capabilities for enterprise quality systems within the Supply Chain Technology function at Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes. This role involves managing a team, owning the product roadmap for quality systems, and ensuring compliance with GxP and data integrity requirements in a regulated MedTech environment.

• Manage a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors
• Own and execute the product roadmap for enterprise quality systems
• Prioritize and maintain backlog for quality platforms
• Ensure platform changes meet GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements
• Drive analytics, automation, and continuous improvement across quality technology
• Serve as technology point of contact for audits and inspections
