As a Program Manager at Sonaca North America, you will lead assigned programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. You will manage multi-functional teams, develop program plans, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our aerospace and defense solutions company.

What we are looking for

Lead assigned programs and develop/execute program plans
Manage multi-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing)
Track financial margins, On Time Delivery (OTD), and On Time Quality Delivery (OQD)
Serve as the customer point of contact and manage relationships
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role in manufacturing
