About this role

Lead large, complex, multi-year technology initiatives from concept to implementation, aligning business objectives, technology delivery, and risk management. You will direct cross-functional teams, coordinate workstreams, and partner with executives and stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes and drive accountability for delivery.

What we are looking for

Lead multiple concurrent programs and projects from initiation through post-implementation
Define scope, objectives, success measures, and integrated plans
Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional execution
Drive accountability for delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters
Establish and maintain governance, decision-making forums, and reporting standards
Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
