Lead product and technology development for 3M's Semiconductor CMP business, driving innovation from concept to commercialization. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to define product strategy, accelerate new product introductions, and build high-performing technical teams.

Lead cross-functional execution in partnership with sales, manufacturing, and quality
