Program Manager

JLL is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of large-scale industrial infrastructure projects, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, and data centers. You will be responsible for strategic alignment, financial performance, and successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects from feasibility through handover, bridging corporate strategy and site execution.

• Manage multiple concurrent industrial construction projects and optimize master program schedule
• Oversee complex supply chains for long-lead industrial equipment
• Own aggregate program budget, drive cost forecasting, and capital allocation
• Negotiate and administer complex EPC, Design-Build, and CM-at-Risk contracts
• Act as primary liaison between executive leadership, clients, and government authorities
• Develop and implement program-wide risk mitigation framework and enforce zero-harm safety cultures
