Planning Product Manager

HP is seeking a Senior Planning Product Manager to lead the discovery, feasibility, and definition of new audio and video collaboration experiences. You will drive product strategy, create roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric innovation in the Unified Communications market.

• Define forward-looking product strategy aligned with industry trends and customer needs
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap with key features and value propositions
• Provide strategic guidance to junior product managers and foster a culture of excellence
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to refine product strategies
