Software Product Manager

Dematic is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of AI-driven capabilities within their Command Center platform. This role involves hands-on engagement across the entire AI product lifecycle, from identifying practical use cases and guiding solution development to ensuring successful customer adoption in industrial settings. You will bridge the gap between AI engineers, software teams, and operational leaders to deliver tangible business value.

• Identify and define high-value AI use cases in industrial operations
• Translate customer pain points into actionable AI product requirements
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and software development teams
• Lead customer engagements from discovery through deployment and validation
• Define validation frameworks and responsible AI practices for industrial AI
• Support sales and commercial teams with AI product messaging and business cases
