Manager, Project/Program Mgmt

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects and programs to achieve strategic objectives. You will partner with cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement in project management practices. This role is key to delivering business value and fostering project management excellence across the organization.

• Lead strategic, cross-functional, and enterprise-wide programs and portfolios
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, including milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Govern program scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change control
• Serve as a subject matter expert in project and program management methodologies
• Mentor, coach, and develop project managers and team members
• Drive PMO process improvement and organizational capability development
