Lead human resources initiatives for a major manufacturing expansion across five North American sites. Develop and execute workforce ramp-up plans, talent acquisition strategies, and organizational readiness programs to support significant growth. Partner with operations and leadership to ensure workforce alignment with aggressive production timelines.
