About this role
As a Product Manager for Service Parts & Supplies, you will own the product line strategy, P&L, and growth objectives for Trane HVAC Supply. You will collaborate across sales, marketing, and supply chain to deliver value to customers and drive profitable growth. This role requires strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and a passion for creating sustainable climate solutions.
What we are looking for
6- Lead product line strategy, P&L, and annual operating planning
- Drive product growth through collaboration with internal and external partners
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to inform product development
- Manage product lifecycle and optimize product mix
- Develop and execute portfolio marketing strategies
- Minimum 4 years of functional experience in Product Management or related field
