Staff Technical Product Manager - Workshop Operations

Scout Motors is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to lead the product strategy and delivery of their digital workshop operations ecosystem. This role focuses on building foundational workshop and third-party integrations, particularly with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), to support service operations, warranty processing, and technician workflows.

• Own and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital workshop operations platforms
• Lead early-stage definition and execution of Dealer Management System integrations
• Champion an API-first, data-driven approach to service operations
• Solve complex operational and technical problems related to systems and data flows
• Lead end-to-end product development for DMS integrations and workshop operations capabilities
• Oversee design, development, and troubleshooting of integrations between third-party DMS and internal digital products
