Administer software license generation, fulfillment, and entitlement management
Troubleshoot licensing issues and coordinate resolution
Serve as the primary administrator for Revenera FlexNet Operations
Drive initiatives to improve customer licensing workflows
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, IT, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Support
Generate and analyze licensing operational reports and KPIs
