Senior Manager, Product Management

Lead the strategic direction for Workday's API platform, defining roadmaps and driving the development of APIs, frameworks, and data standards that power agent tools and enable enterprise-scale data access. You will manage a team of product managers, fostering a test-and-learn approach to translate strategy into impactful execution, and collaborate across engineering, go-to-market, and executive leadership to ensure customer feedback shapes product delivery.

• Lead product management teams with a minimum of 2 years managing other managers
• 10+ years of experience in product management, defining and launching software products
• Technical understanding of API development approaches and tooling
• Define and drive the roadmap for the API Platform
• Build structured frameworks for feature assessment and prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership
