Senior Product Manager

Generac is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and roadmaps for our Mobile Diesel Generators portfolio. You will leverage market insights and customer needs to develop innovative products, manage their lifecycle, and ensure profitability. This role involves leading new product development from concept to launch and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Mobile Diesel Generators
• Leverage customer insights and market data to develop differentiated products
• Lead new product development initiatives from concept through launch
• Analyze market segments, competitive landscapes, and identify portfolio gaps
• Partner with SIOP for demand forecasting and manage product performance metrics
• Drive margin expansion through pricing, positioning, and cost optimization
