Director of Product, Growth/AI

Lead the Growth Product team at Brex, driving strategy and execution for customer acquisition and onboarding. You will collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to create features and tools that maximize their efforts, leveraging AI and data to optimize GTM metrics and drive business growth.

• Drive product and systems investments to improve GTM metrics
• Define and execute multi-quarter Growth strategy
• Embed within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify bottlenecks
• Analyze GTM funnel and conversion metrics to guide roadmap
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers
• Oversee core Growth Product and Engineering domains
