Technical Projects Manager

Ada Infrastructure is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager for the EMEA region to lead site development from selection through design and permitting. This role requires technical, scheduling, and commercial expertise to ensure timely project delivery in a dynamic environment, involving a mix of office, site, and travel responsibilities.

• Lead upfront development activities including feasibility, due diligence, and permitting
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and budget development through GMP
• Oversee procurement, contractor engagement, and contract negotiation
• Manage project risk, compliance, and governance
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and provide executive reporting
• Ensure seamless transition from preconstruction to construction
