Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will support the delivery of construction and real estate projects for a major technology client, focusing on new construction, renovations, and facility modifications. You will manage project lifecycles from design through construction, ensuring alignment with client objectives and JLL's performance metrics. This role involves budget and schedule management, consultant coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

• Support construction and real estate project delivery
• Manage project lifecycles from design to completion
• Oversee project scheduling and budget management
• Coordinate with client stakeholder teams (IT, AV, Security, Furniture)
• Ensure alignment with client objectives and JLL's KPIs
• 3+ years of experience in construction/real estate project management
