About this role

AT&T is seeking a Lead Project/Program Manager to drive the execution of enterprise skills, leadership, and workforce capability initiatives. This role involves transforming strategy into action by leading project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring impactful development programs are delivered at scale. The position requires a minimum of 5 days per week in the Dallas office.

What we are looking for

Lead execution of enterprise skills and workforce development programs
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
Coordinate efforts across HR, Talent & Development, Learning & Development, and business leaders
Support implementation of skills frameworks, AI-enabled development solutions, and learning technologies
Track readiness, adoption, and program progress with executive-level reporting
Drive operational excellence to achieve measurable business outcomes
