Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be the strategic and operational leader for technology initiatives, driving innovation to enhance efficiency and user experience. You will partner with stakeholders across business and technology teams to define product vision, manage roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of solutions from concept to implementation. This role requires a blend of product management, business analysis, and technical leadership to transform business needs into scalable technology solutions.

• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Lead initiatives through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Develop business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs
• Lead cross-functional pods and coordinate across departments
• Partner with development and QA teams to validate technical solutions
