What we are looking for

Drive end-to-end execution for multi-team technical initiatives within the security platform domain
Identify, map, and track cross-team dependencies and partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams
Proactively identify delivery risks, facilitate trade-off discussions, and resolve cross-team execution friction
Own the reporting cadence for programs, authoring clear status updates, metrics, and dashboards
Leverage AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline program management
